This great dress comes from GCD, it has many options first of all it has a sequined top, which looks terrific especially after experimenting a little on certain windlight settings, the dress glints and reflects beautifully, it is very realistic. Truly this is a great combo dress you can wear it just as a short sassy dress as I have done, in my first two shots, with or without the lace neck piece which is on a separate clothing layer.

I thought I would give you a close up of the beautiful lace work in the neck piece and also show you how it looks without the lace neck, just as an off the shoulder dress, and then you can wear some great statement piece jewelry as I have done here.

The formal look of this gown, comprises of a very complex layer pouffy skirt which moves really well, and totally changes the whole look of the dress. The layers are a mixture of black satin and transparent tulle. It's truly a lovely look, you won't be disappointed. I teamed my dress up with hair from Zero and Exile and earrings and necklace from another outfit, which I noted for you in the style card.

I went to Insilico to take my photos, it is an incredible role playing sim, and well worth visiting and totally perfect for a photo shoot.

This simple, but elegant gown is also part of the bloggers pack that Leri passed over to me.I teamed it up for this fashion shoot with a necklace from aDiva and a hairstyle from a shop I haven't been in before, called Smexy Town.

Back to the dress , it has a very nice semi-transparent effect on the skirt which gives it a nice chiffon flow,and the large flowers on the panels of the skirt, just brighten the skirt and let you have additional eye candy. The off the shoulder effect is attractive and lets you wear a variety of necklaces, and there is a large flower on the torso, emphasising the curve of your waist, it's quite cleverly done.

I found these wonderful sexy tops in a shop new to me called LMD, Leri Miles Designs, the shop's owner and designer Leri, was incredibly nice and approachable and I found we had something in common we are both very keen on those breedable kitties.

Leri dropped a bloggers fatpack on me, and I will be showing you her lovely things over the next few posts, but first my fav.. this smexy smexy top, comes in lots of different colours, you can see it on the fatpack box in the first photo.

And I tried on all the colours, but my definite wardrobe staples are going to be the blue, so perfect with my old jeans, the red and of course the black which just goes with everything.

Just wanted to mention that this top is on the jacket layer and the delicate lace insert is transparent, and so it's bonus for tats and layers, but you need to make sure you wear low rise jeans or modify trousers so you can slide it down below the silk sash, just for a nice line, you don't want your waistband showing through and spoiling your look.

At World's End

World's End is one of my favourite stores, and the designer *Lucia Genesis* is very generous with the store gifts.
For this series of shots I posed with my friend Nerin, she wore the old group gift and I wore the new one, we both wore the hat gift as you can see. It is really fun to do Avant Garde fashion posts, as you can wear whatever you like.

The textures on both dresses are stunning as usual and the attention to detail is really incredible, my neck collar is so carefully textured, I turned my graphics card right up to Ultra to get the best possible photograph. On our hats, which I loved and Nerin hated, (but I made her wear it anyway), are little roses, a blackbird and little blue butterflies, there is so much work in those hats, the lace is on fullbright and glows, which looks lovely on your face.

Dust Addixion

It has been a little while since I just did a pure photography post, I wanted to share this one with you, as I liked the way it turned out, I have been commissioned to take a series of shots featuring Addixion tattoos, and this is the first of a set, I did the other day.

Basically, we built a sky box, about 1000ft up and I used the setting Dusty on wind light, to get that wonderful effect on the background/skyline. The model is my friend Llew, who is wearing the tattoos from ADDIXION.

So, actually I saw this dress on the feeds and I realized it was the perfect fit for a Sim I have been meaning to feature for a while. Fatima Ur has several exquisite highly detailed beautiful Victorian themed Sims, she sells everything you could need to set up a role playing community from houses to tables lamps to even a maze and topiary where is where I took my photos for the this shoot

I did look at her other Sims, but this was a summer outfit and the only Sim, without a winter theme at the moment is the garden. I loved the dress but I felt it was a bit too revealing for a Victorian look, so I teamed it up with the Valerie blouse from Leezu, I love this top and have purchased it in a couple of colours. My shoes are from [e], she doesn't have many pairs for sale yet, but I think whatever she brings out next will be gorgeous just like the pair I bought, which I think will be suiting more than one of my outfits.

The other fun thing to do at this Sim is to take a ride in the horse drawn carriage, it is very sweet, takes about 2 minutes and goes around in a square around the garden, and in the 3rd quarter the carriage goes through a series of rose arches, which is really sweet, I actually said aww that is lovely, in RL, while I watched, I am such a sap.

The Unicorn

When I saw this wonderful prop on the feeds, I knew I just had to go and get it, when I first came to Second Life, I used to enjoy roleplaying in the Medieval sims, I used to hang out at a Sim called Liberato, long, long gone to pixeldust now, and I still have many of my clothes from that time, especially from Suki Silks and Chaosphire, both of which do transfer items, I just wish other designers would some as well.

Anyway, So this incredible Unicorn is from Studio Sidhe, and has poses pre-loaded I only disliked one pose, which isn't bad, and I also found I could use my own poses with the Unicorn, if I tried hard enough.

This classic lingerie from GCD is absolutely gorgeous, it comes on all layers and also on the tattoo layer, so you have 14 pieces in all, I am showing you the conservative look, but it does have a sheer look, which is super super sexy, it comes also with a pair of plain white stockings which I love.

I am posing on Diesel works Chaise lounge which I purchased in cream it has 21 poses and it is a great prop, Just wish I could afford it in every colour. I am also posing with my friend's cute little Breedable cat, called Peridot, Wildwood Breedable cats are the latest thing to hit the grid I think they have been out about 6 weeks now, and they are lovely, beautifully animated and you can have kittens, gets all crazy eyed, I love cats in real life.

I purchased a couple of the Jadis skins from Glam Affair and this one is my favourite a soft makeup which I hope will go with anything,I am wearing hair from Analog dog in Ash called Monday, which is in the cheap section, no idea why, cause, it's very classic in style and has very cute flexi strands around your face, and for me, you can tint it with Analog dogs colour hud, which is an incredible bonus.

GLAM Skins Tattoo Eyeliner

This is the new makeup release from Glam Skins designed by Annette Cyberstar, a set of gorgeous eyeliners on the tattoo layer, I love dark eyeliner, smokey and sultry and although prim lashes can be great, from a photographer's viewpoint they can also be a problem, I often have to re- adjust the positioning in edit for certain close up shots. The tattoo version of lashes, solves this problem for me which I am finding I am using them more and more instead of my prim lashes. The big composite picture shows the Nellie No.6 on the background with the smaller piccies showing the choices for eyeliner.

I tried out these eyeliners on a couple of my skins and they fit perfectly with them all, I decided to show the liner on my favourite Nellie Skin from LAQ, and my choice of background makeup was so that you could see the eyeliner looking great on a very subtle eyeshadows, the make up is soft and delicate and my new eyeliner, just lifts it to the next level.

This colourful dress is from GCD, it has a ton of options, I am just showing you the skirt and top here because it fits with my gypsy theme, also included in this set is a very cute short cut off sweater with prim cuffs and roll neck, which looks great with jeans, and also the glitch pants can be woren by themselves as they look like leggings with a crosshatch pattern. Gwen also supplies a belt on a separate layer which you could match up with other outfits.

The dress top has a velvet look to it with a smugged pattern full of jewel tones, and the skirt has a very soft texture to it and an overall gold tint, even though when you cam up tight, you can see it has many colours within the pattern.

So I did buy quite a few things at the 50% off Sale at Bijou and one of them is the outfit I am showing you below Absinthe, it comes in several other colours. This outfit is such good value all the pieces can be worn individually if you choose, and as with all Bijou ensembles the textures are outstanding.

I am wearing a giftie skin from Belleza called Jesse, with a hairbase and a hair attachment from Baiastice called Fedora, the earrings are a very old group gift sorry, but I am sure there are many shops selling a similar style. Shoes are from Annexx, part of a three pack I purchased, which included white, black and nude.

I know I know.. I am wearing that Jadis skin again,I thought the black lace tattoo was a nice contrast to the delicate white lingerie, it's my excuse and I am sticking to it.

Now, while I am no beauty queen, I have way too much potty mouth and too many curves to either fit into that swimsuit or to fit that crown on my crazy head, I do love being offered an incredible dress so I can pretend for a while * and the winner is....... Miss Scotland..... MMhwwwaaaa, sighs or not.

This amazing creation was designed by Purple Moon worn by Leandra Breen (Miss Germany) for the competition.

Now I did notice, that my good friend and colleague Deeta already posted this dress and she made it look lovely, but I had these photos already done, and I don't want to waste them, so I will just show you my shots as well. I think a dress like this cannot get too much publicity and we all have our own take on the look.. I think it is still fun, to look at everyone's interpretation, Although we both went for a space background.. laughs.

P.S, just a fun note, the bodice part of this dress looks really good with black leather pants, and I have a pair of Gold and black strappy sandals from coco, which are a perfect match. :) I found this out when I changed and forgot to take the bodice off.

Sometimes I log onto SL, and seriously I just cannot believe my luck, Gwen dropped this incredible new release into my inventory, It has the most incredible prim work, the skirt just flows in every direction, the gravity on it is slow, and so for a while I danced around it in.. just to watch the sections of the skirt to fall back down, laughs...

The colour is so lovely, the rich warm tones. I love reds, burgundys and chestnut browns and this seems to be a mix of them all. The bodice has very intricate appliqué, which shows just enough skin to make it interesting.

It also comes with matching gloves. The bodice part of the dress also can be worn alone, it has a delicate lace border around the bottom, and looks smexy with a nice pair of thigh boots.
